Very good

The staff of the property was super friendly and helpful. We had to pivot on one of our night activities so they were super helpful in making recommendations for eating locations for a Mexican restaurant.

They are very busy so we did have to wait a little longer than expected to check in to our rooms. Could have used a little vacuum, but they were very very busy flipping the rooms.

Toiletries were used. Toiletries are already 0.5 ounces, for them not to be replaced after previous occupants used them was frustrating. Additionally, messages about room service were delivered late causing my room not to be restocked when needed.

Disappointing

I did not like the high price for an 1 star hotel. Booking.con should be ashamed for changing the price on this room and charging be $217 a night. They were smoking marijuana everywhere and I mean everywhere when we reported it to the front desk they just apologize and said nothing else about it. People were playing loud music to the top of the volume as if they were having a party in the whole hotel kids were running around unsupervised everywhere, the beds were hard as an ironing board could not get any proper sleep for two nights, and then booking.com had the audacity to tell me there was nothing they could do about charging me all that money. im not going to trust booking.com our best western again no thank you

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very kind.

Room was not clean. Hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor. Shower moved and creaked when I stepped in it.

Superb

The stay was relaxing

I really enjoy the property, Ive been staying here every stay to Dallas.

The breakfast is not as good as it was, maybe a new morning cook as been hired l, but the food its like it use to be. I will literally skip breakfast at the point
