    Nice apartment close to the center
    Nice apartment in walking distance from the main square. The apartment is modern, clean, and the bathroom very nice. It is approximately half way between the cental railway station and the main square.

    Acceptable, clean and decent but with minimal personal touch, or communication throughout the stay
    Breakfast was good from the local cafe, but small. The location of the hotel was convenient for sightseeing
    The bed was awful. Owner should have already known this and replaced it. I woke up all night trying not to roll off the mattress which was on a steep sideways slope. Should really demand a refund for this alone.

    It was a good stay. The apartment is very comfortable.
    The apartment is really lovely and the lady that met us there was really helpful and kind. The location is good, not too far from the train station.
    It was really loud. That isn't anybody's fault. It's a university town and there was a festival on. Also there was no wine bottle opener in the kitchen which important when you're in Italy!

    Disappointing room in Bologna
    They got the basics right: clean room, hot water and comfortable bed.
    But the room (204) was very small with a weird configuration, very low ceiling and strange set up. The building was noisy, the WiFi was terrible and the accommodation was not worth the money paid (no value for money)

    The location was good. I think that the property is overpriced but for a night it is okay. The staff is very friendly and willing to help!
    The structure of the property does not give any privacy. Also the room where I stay was a bit dark.

    Bathroom slightly too small. But im not slim. So a slim person will find no problem. But for a bulky guy like me is a bit small
