Location

Old and worn out in need of a paint job.constantly being asked for so many staff why I booked till 2024. Does it matter? This was supposed to be a present for my brother but the room was stuffy and the window wouldn't opened. There was even a weavel insect. How gross. We left after a week being treated poorly by staff and the poor condition of the room. Will not stay again

Very good

Good place for a night.

Great location and good facilities looked like a new bathroom. The restaurant downstairs was nice too and great staff.

Our rooms windows were looking directly into the stairwell of another building which felt a bit weird and like we were closed in a box.

Every time we went out of the building

Didn't get the room I originally booked The windows view was of a cement building was horrified. Definitely Gotch riped off pay way to much for the room

Facilities and the rooms were really nice. The balcony was good as well.

Reception when checking in was not so good. Whoever the reception checking out and the cleaner were really nice!

Location close to trams and skybus for airport transfers. Friendly and helpful staff Luggage hold before check in and after check out Washing facilities for clothes
