Nice room in updated historic house

Nice room in a beautiful updated and historic house. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and river ferry station. Nice breakfast food provided with access to a small kitchen and laundry room. Helpful host.

A beautiful experience & highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful and its a beautiful place to stay. It was a calm, modern and an elegant place. The room was pretty and we were surrounded within a gorgeous garden. Brian, our host was accommodating, lovely to deal with and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Attentive host, beautiful accommodation set amongst fabulous tropical gardens. Great location.

Quite happy with a continental breakfast but would have liked some fresh fruit. Location was excellent - close to cafes, restaurants etc. Accommodation was beautifully decorated and furnished. Property surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

There was overhead noise from planes but it didn't bother me too much. I understand flight paths have recently changed.

Beautiful Queenslander with all the comforts of home

All the furnishings were beautiful Location was great too

Unfortunately the property is close to the road and there were road works at night on my first night which was quite disturbing but this cant be helped. Hopefully they finish these road works soon!

All of it, including very pleasant hosts. Fantastic garden setting for a very relaxed stay.

Parking, as there's canalisation work, parking along the road side is currently not allowed. Brisbane Transport ticketing, as you camt board the ferry on the river, unless a travel card is purchased amd loaded with $, and there are very few purchase locations - not very tourist friendly
