    Great staff, but need better insulation too noisy!
    You could hear other rooms and doors. It constantly sounded like people were coming in your room. Needed a soap dish!!!!

    Nice hotel, clean & close to venue and the way they had security at front and yiu had to scan your card to get to thenfloor you wanted and could onlyngo to that floor. and the way the employees navigated the elevators for a huge crowd of people. Very organized
    The thermostat was hard to navigate and it got hot and the air would turn off before it reached the degree we tried to set it at.

    When i booked through the website, i was given a confirmation number and told my room was ready to be checked in, however when i arrived at the facility, they could not find my reservation. I did not get to stay in my room through booking.

    Room wasn't ready at check in. Had over 30 minute wait for a clean room
