Nice room. Amenities not as promised...again.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Accommodated oversized parking well.

This was the second time I stayed at this property that I specifically booked because they had a bar and restaurant on-site. Both times the bar and restaurant were closed. We had to order delivery food, which was very expensive, took an hour to deliver, and cold and soggy. No TV guide on the TV or in the room. Have to go to the front desk to obtain it. One bedside light was out. The fan was noisy on the a/c unit and the shower hot water took an eternity.

I appreciated that the location wasn't far from I-99, but far enough way to avoid the noise and rush of traffic. The front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating. When I asked at check-in for a handicapped room with two queen beds, she found one on the first floor and near where we parked.

Disappointing

The staff and location

I purposely booked this hotel because it said there was a restaurant that was open 7 days a week. The restaurant wasn't open at all. I was very disappointed. Also there was no clock in the room, so I had to use my cell phone as an alarm clock. I was also not informed at the time of booking that there was $100 deposit that you would not get back for 7 to 10 days.
