A lovely stay overall in a fantastic location

Location, facilities were generally very good in the room. Housekeeping staff were fantastic Rooftop Bar and Breakfast area was lovely.

Reception staff were generally apathetic. One girl on our last morning was terrific, but outside of that we werent very impressed. Not sure if it was lack of training or lack of interest. Certainly some training on communicating with guests looks as though it would be helpful.

A Roman treat! Charming and full of character.

I love this hotel and have stayed on many occasions. It's centrally located, with incredible rooms and great staff. A big shout out to Valerio and his team who always greet guests in a wonderful manner. The rooms are clean and well designed, and a special gold star for the Diptyque toiletries.

It seems to be a lottery to what kind of room you end up being allocated per visit.
