This hostel is a nice one, right in China Town so the location is amazing. Close to many things just walking around, and near 2 separate train lines to get around. It is kept very clean and staff are always around if needed. There is a Cafe at the front of the hostel ( like you enter the hostel through the cafe) the same people run everything I'm pretty sure. I didn't actually eat there though so can't say much about it. Nice area to chill in but since it is a public Cafe it can be full easily and not always with people just at the hostel.
The price for this hostel is definitely too much. I know Singapore has a reputation for being expensive, so maybe in comparison to other places it's not... but I have a feeling I could've found cheaper places that are just as nice. There is 16 beds in a room (at least the one I was in) and 2 shower/toilet stalls in each bathroom (one female- one male) while I was there it wasn't too crowded but I think that could get challenging durring busy times. You get a wristband that works for the rooms and a locker inside your cubbie. Although the rooms seemed to be unlocked all the time so that wasn't very secure. The lockers are spacious though. The breakfast was also very disappointing for the price of staying here and being that it's a cafe it should be better. You get one glass of juice and some form of toast. That is it. Definitely going to need more pretty soon into your day. The first day I went to ask for more juice and was told $5, so very disappointed in that. The curtains on the beds need to be fixed a little too. Some of the pins that keep them up are broken so some areas of the curtain can sag where it's supposed to meet the roof of the cubbie. If you're on the bottom bunk it can feel like people walking by, or those in the top bunks across from you, can see into your cubbie through those areas in the curtains. If you're looking around and this is the area you want to be in and the price is actually good when compared to others it's still a nice place for your stay in Singapore

Cool interior and vibe to stay in China Town
Staff is very friendly during my check-in
As I checked out earlier than breakfast time, at first they said I could have a quick bite before leaving. But the staff only said to leave the key and done.

the beds are comfy and its clean!! staff is always busy around the hostel to clean. overall the staff is really nice and helpfull. it is a bit on the expensive side, but i guess everything is a bit more expensive. the location is perfect, just outside of china town, close to the metro which takes you everywhere and you can walk into cbd.
breakfast was not my fav, but its included so you can always go for something else.

Cozy hotel and sleeping pods, amazing staff.
They kept the lights on on the empty bunk beads, it was really hard to sleep with all the light on all the time. We switched them off eventually but whenever someone left, theyd turn the lights on again. It would be nice of the staff to stress and sleeping times and tell late arriving guests not to be noisy and not to switch on the head light.

The location was very good. It was very convenient to go anywhere in Singapore and easy to access from the airport.
BATHROOM. I just hope that how they designed the bathroom was a mere mistake...because a shower and a toilet were literally in the same room. I had to take a shower just next to the toilet and it was very uncomfortable to say the least...and the walls were made of glass so you could see through someone's showering or using toilet. I know the hostel is budget friendly and you are not supposed to expect something fancy/luxurious but it needs to be fixed...

Exceptional
Nice, friendly, accommodating, and cozy
Very few hostels provide breakfast so this was something very appreciated. The cafe that served as somewhat of a lobby was extremely cozy and inviting, making returning to the hostel something I looked forward to. The view from my window straight down China Town was nice, and I often saw tour buses passing right in front of the hostel. I have nothing to complain about for the value. I met very nice people at Atelier so I was never alone on my adventures. The staff were friendly. It went above my expectations.
The bathroom near the kitchen sometimes had issues locking despite my turning the lock. I wish they had some bowls or cutlery in the kitchen as well so that I could eat my leftovers, but that's not really necessary. Many other reviews express discomfort at the frosted glass in the bathrooms where you shower which I agree about. I would just hang a towel on the door and call it a day.

It would be even better if the toilet and shower are separated.
