Very good

Nice enough hotel - but better options in Bangkok

The hotel is modern and comfortable - good sized rooms and the location above the mall is great for breakfast.

The staff were pleasant enough but could be a bit cold especially given the standard of service in Thailand. The bar in the hotel looks lovely but the prices (even at happy hour) are very expensive especially given the bar appeared empty every time we passed it.

Great hotel.

We loved this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. It's ideally placed for sight seeing and great street food. Definitely we would stay here again.

Cozy vibe, central location

Love the vibe of the hotel. It was really cozy, well equipped, the staff were super nice and helpful too. All in all a really great stay!

Bathroom could be a little bit more cleaner.

The breakfast is compared to Asai Sathorn a little boring. The croissants can be skipped from the breakfast. They are dry.

great location, did a fab job in making it pretty sound proof (from all the outside street noise), staff were so lovely, breakfast was plentiful

Disappointing

Great location.. not far from Chinatown by walk. Room bit small but can accept. Anyway i have few complain as 1.carpark : i already text to hotel for ask about carpark but no reply .. the carpark underground not good.. arrow way and we have to paid for overnight park about 500 bht for 1 night. 2. Toilet in my room (double bed i paid about 5000bht/night) the door of toilet cannot close.. it s sliding glass door and the light in bathroom cannot turnoff 3. Fruits in breakfast very bad quality such as apples, oranges .. not sure it s only for decoration? 4.checkin process take long time and complicated if you need to be online checkin or self check in just do it. No need reservation staffs process all. 5. Reservation staff not nice
