    The location. ARCS is located in a shady and quiet street. This is quite rare in bustling Jakarta. There is a train station 200m away, also the many street vendors selling street food and clothing. I would surely choose this hotel as my base next visit. About 200,000rupiah via grab would get you to the airport.
    I was stuck in the toilet for some minutes as I couldn't get out. I got my friend to call for assistence which came a bit late. As I couldn't wait, I climbed out the window. The staff were apologetic. This is only a minor hiccup and it would not stop me from returning.

    Amazing location
    Excellent customer service. I arrived an hour later than the check-in deadline and they still accepted hosted me up to amazing standards! The wifi in my room didnt work properly and as soon as I told them they fixed the issue immediately (even when I told them it was fine when it proved to be a difficult issue to fix because I had a local SIM card, they insisted and fixed it within 10 minutes). The location is also very good.

    - Guesthouse was very clean and comfortable - Good AC, good shower pressure etc. - Excellent WIFI (good enough to easily stream video - far from a given in Indo) - Staff went over and above to accomodate us, including letting us in earlier than the scheduled time when the room was ready, and letting us check out late so we were comfortable before our flight out on the condition that we buy a (very fair) amount of food/drinks. The late check out in particular was very generous and over and above what's usually provided even at this price point.
    - The food and beverages at the guesthouse cafe were fine but very expensive for Indonesia. Like when you can an amazing gado-gado for 10K or a delicious warteg feast for 20K on the street, it's a bit strange to be paying 50K for a simple soup. The cafe itself was very popular with hip young Indonesians though so what do I know :)

    Cozy place with pleasant staff in a nice neighborhood
    Very nice and cozy place. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, with kettle, fridge and air conditioning. Water can be taken in the cooler (cold and hot), tea and coffee is available. There is a kitchen with microwave on the first floor. Breakfasts are available for a fee, but we did not use them. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a supermarket. The neighborhood is very quiet (despite the trains passing by sometimes). It is a private sector with a lot of luxury houses, so we felt safe and secure. On the territory there is a swimming pool where it is nice to refresh in the heat.

    Our room only had a small window overlooking the roof. The air conditioning hangs over the bed and this is not good for those who are sensitive to drafts like my husband. Occasionally there are trains passing by but this was not a problem for us, mostly very quiet all around.

    The property just in the central of the city, 15 minutes by bike to GI and 10-15 minutes to any museum and Monas. The room is decent and clean. The facility is very nice. There is library astound the house, however all books in Japanese. Tea and coffee provided, every floor and have tiny cute swimming pool. 24hrs security by the gate. If you cat lover, you will find the black cat (disabled) he such as friendly cat ever. Dont forget to feed him

    The breakfast is not included and the location is not that good. It's very dark and difficult to spot as there is no sign outside.
    Bad location, no sign at the entrance and no breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it.
