Good hotel, poor breakfast.

Good location. Modern clean rooms. Good beds.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Cheap coffee served. Narrow selection of food.

Great hotel. Clean and good location with helpful staff. Very comfortable bed.

The pool area is not the coziest but is great for a swim after the beach. Breakfast was not worth the money.

Cons: 1. Room Cleaning Service Needs Improvement: The housekeeping service requires significant enhancement. They often fail to remove all trash from the room and do not adequately replace used coffee dishes. 2. Inadequate Room Sweeping: The cleaning of the rooms is not thorough enough, particularly regarding sweeping. 3. Language Barrier at Reception: The reception staff, especially the night attendants, need to improve their English proficiency. Communication is currently a challenge, and this is a critical area for improvement.

Disappointing

Nice hotel let down by the staff

Hotel was very smart and modern

Staff are very rude and have a strange dusting technique where the seem to whip the windows rather then normally dust bearing in mind this is very very noisy and the do this at around 8am right outside your hotel room which does wake you up. Also had a morning where the staff rang at 730am and woke us up just to ask what are your doing today which I found very strange.

Great value hotel in the heart of town.

Central location, with lovely traditional restaurant opposite. Good pool - quiet and nice to swim in. Big bed and balcony overlooking pool. Aircon and Wi-Fi worked well. Modern but homely, friendly feel.

It was the perfect t location with tremendous staff. It was a real highlight to our stay in Ao Nang!

The location was absolutely perfect. So convenient to the main road, close the beach, shopping, restaurants, yet up a quiet side street. The room and balcony o er looking the backside, (at our request), was very relaxing! The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. There is also a fantastic and popular restaurant right outside the front door. We ate many meals there!

I dont have any negative thing to say. We would stay there again, and hope to do so someday.
