Good stay for families just a little out of town

Good location in between Yamba and Angourie. Good resort for families. Had a facial at the spa and it was fantastic. Kitchen in apartment was well equiped.

We had a single bed apartment, which was a great size for our needs (2 + infant) but must say a little run down and dated. Cleanliness was great, no complaints there.

The restaurant staff were most helpful and cheerful, The parking is ample and safe.

This is the feedback I sent to the Controlling Management Company for the Resort: We had a reservation at this resort for the night of Monday 11th December as a stopover while driving from Sydney to the Gold Coast. We used this resort on recommendation. The stay was most unacceptable. Previous residents had been smoking, not just in the bedroom, but in the bed. The pillows, although covered in crisp white pillowcases, exuded a strong smell of nicotine. The room itself was quite contaminated. I slept for the last 4 hours of the night on the lounge. This was reported to the two young ladies on check-out who stated the Manager was unavailable. I said that "were he here I would expect some token gesture to compensate and that I expected at least an email of apology." I have waited one week and I have heard nothing so I feedback to you and a feedback to Booking.com will follow .... I will not be gracious in my feedback to Booking.com. I require nothing from you or the resort.. not even further bookings.. Most dissatisfied! Sincerely, S.J.E.
