Superb

Good enough for a night

Cute place, central position. The furniture is pretty and new, everything fully functional. It was a great one-night stay.

It's basically a house, every room constituting a separate rental room and the kitchen space/entrance is common. I personally didn't like being that tight with strangers. The door didn't stay closed unless it was locked. The room is very small, it's basically taken up by the bed, it's just enough.

Coffee pods and clean room

The room was a bit too warm and couldn't control the temperature. Bed was very hard, had a bad night's sleep, and woke up with a very sore back. Host could have been more friendly. Came across as rather grumpy

Great location!

We only stayed for a night but the location was amazing! Its in the heart of the city.

The AC was not working and the room was hot even though it was mid October. Made it hard to sleep.

Disappointing

I wouldnt choose this place if I went to Bologna again.

The location was good. It was very close to Main Street and public transport.

The Wi-Fi didnt work properly, which was very important for us. The room was very cold at night and the air-conditioner doesnt work properly. The building is shaking when the busses pass by so you always feel like its an earthquake.

Easy access from the train station. Host greeted us on arrival. Problem with coffee maker was fixed quickly.

Could not get air conditioner to cool down the room, therefore slept poorly.

Good budget stay near the train station

Great location, room was clean, with TV, fridge, kettle, well working and new shower and bathroom . Easy check in, good coffee one can make in the shared entrance/"kitchen" area (with biscuits!).

WiFi was a bit patchy and didn't work well in all parts of the room. Also the room was very dark (with one of the windows facing literally a wall)
