Good location

Management and check in staff unfriendly and didnt carry out requests prior to checking in, reported the issues on the second day but nothing was done. Made to feel we shouldnt be there. Stayed in Anantara Hua Hin before Bangkok totally different experience amazing service and staff Bangkok Anantara made our Christmas holiday one to forget, would never return Room not clean badly stained carpet and not enough provisions for the number of guests in the room

Love this place, would certainly stay again, makes you feel really nice staying there.

The hotel is a legit 5 star, you feel as though everything has been accounted for.

Live music is played at night in outdoor lobby until 11pm - its audible in room and a bit frustrating when trying to sleep.

Excellent location. walking distance to great malls for chopping. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, except for a couple of them who seem to not much appreciate asian guests, which was a bit disappointing, but the property is not to be blamed for this I suppose. Would definitely recommend the place and even stay there again myself.

Noticed a couple of staff memeber's who didn't seem too eager to serve us, but reacted completely differently towards other guests. Unfortunately it's the way the world works.
