Amazing and cozy home to stay!

Rosanne's house was one of the best places we have ever stayed! From the location to the room, everything was just wonderful! Rosanne is a wonderful hostess and a wonderful person, she was always ready to listen to questions and it was very pleasant to just chat with her. This house also has a cozy kitchen and dining room; cooking was a pleasure! It was an absolute pleasure to be in this house; we also loved sitting on the cozy veranda both day and evening! Now that we've left, we truly miss this place! We hope to visit again!

a comfortable stay

The host, Rosanne, is very friendly. She tried her best to make us feel convenient and free. We stayed for four nights and felt like we were back at home. Woolworths is within walking distance and has everything in the kitchen, we go back every day to cook for ourselves. It is also very convenient to go to the central area of Brisbane, half an hour's bus ride away. The location of the hotel is relatively out of the way for travelers using public transport.

Nothing needs to be improved.

The location was very convenient for me. It was so easy to get around from where it was located. Amenities are only a few minutes' walk away.

the best stay Ive had in Australia so far

Rosannes place is like a home away from home and we would have stayed longer if it wasnt booked up. We was there for a total of 10 nights and loved every single minute, the place is comfortable, clean and tidy and Rosanne is a lovely host. We genuinely didnt feel like guests and felt as if it was our home, and the amount of effort Rosanne has put in to the property to make it guest friendly and helpful is second to none. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Brisbane to stay here.

Excellent value for money ..Great host ..homely feel.

Its the host and the staff that makes a stay comfortable and I should say we had a pleasant stay. Having stayed at more than a dozen apartments in many parts of the world I should appreciate the efforts taken by Rosanne for the personally crafted guide and hand book and for labelling each and every cabinet cupboard and shelf in the apartment and kitchen. She was very welcoming and helpful . This stay is 100% value for money and I highly recommend it to future guests.
