Location is good, staff is friendly.

The hotel is under renovation which has big smell and noisy at the lobby.. The room is quite moist, facility is old. tried few times to call the service desk from room, its never been picked up, instead You have to go downstairs to talk with the staff.

It's 10 days since we left. They still haven't release hold on my credit card taken for incidental. Also, their phone don't work most of the time. They had steps after you walk out of lift to reach room. It was inconvenient to carry luggage.

I used to frequent the hotel a lot during my banking day. The glory of the past.

The hotel didn't mention its ongoing renovation which if I had known, I would have not booked. The noise was constant

Location

Poor breakfast, poor cleanliness (hair in the shower and run down rooms). Not worth the money. Facilities are poor. No late check out and no possibility to have a shower at the gym before a late flight.

The hotel is in a great location but is in desperate need of renovation which thankfully they started. The staff however

The property was located in a great area where I wanted to be. Swimming pool and gym were good.

Room very outdated and rundown. Shower over bath broke. Normal shower was very poor with dribble of water. Bath plug did not work. No coffee machine despite being advertised as having one. Concierge on first floor often could not speak any English which was poor. Breakfast was in ball room and adequate but not worth the money you pay for it.
