I enjoyed it

The size of the room was fair and found very helpful that tea and coffee making facility was provided. Breakfast was very adequate. Members of staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn't like the distance to the city centre and although researched it before booking didn't appreciate how tiring it would be the 30 minute or so walk to get to the city centre (each way)

9 days in Rome to attend The Ryder Cup Golf and explore Rome

The location was great - being so close to the Villa Borghese Gardens and the Tram stopped right outside. The suite was spacious and very clean

The family suite was on the Lower ground so was quite dark inside. The whole hotel needs a massive revamp really - its in need of a lot of TLC and upgrading of bathrooms and furniture. The breakfast was very average. The Pool bar was very uninviting and rather disappointing with its offering. It is an amazing property that could be magnificent

Faded grandeur, garden location.

The room was large, liked the kitchenette. Breakfast was good and with a nice selection (they need a new toaster, though). Location near Borghese gardens and on tram line good.

Often, when I needed my key, or when checking out in the morning, there was no staff at the front desk. The hotel should invest in key cards!! The decor is very old fashioned and tired; needs an update.

Friendly staff, great location

We specifically seached on Booking.com for a hotel with pool in search criteria. Only to find out the pool was closed. Our three kids were very disappointed!

The breakfast was good. The room was a good size.

We booked for the swimming pool to be able to relax around but unfortunately due to bad weather earlier in the week the whole pool area was closed so we couldn't access at all which was such a shame as there was no other outside space.
