There's a water filter system. The air-conditioned room is comfortable. The bathroom water heater is good.
The toilet was not cleaned properly. The stain was not cleaned up, especially the toilet.

Reception staff good service and friendly.
Disappointed. Its not clean from entrance to the room. The pillows are smelly, very dusty, the floor not clean, stain and moldy on the toilet glass door. The room you can feel smell, not comfortable to stay in the room. The management should improve it. Even our neighbour Thailand, we are paying the same amount but their room environment really clean and tidy.

Fair and honest hotel for the price offered
Location is very convenient (to where I need to go), and near to the city center. The lobby is peaceful.
No flexibility for the check-in and check-out time, but is understandable due to the high demand of hotel rooms. No breakfast. Bed sheet should be sanitized and cleaner.
