Descent stay.Didnt meet upto the expectations of Marriott Hotels

Location and breakfast layout was good

Stinky and used napkins when we checked into our room Our Marriott bonvoy number was not added inspite of the staff telling us they will add it on our name While checking out also inspite of us asking them have they added the number The reception staff took our payment and said it cant be added now as we have already checked out Reception staff is not at all active at their with their job

1. Large room space 2. Good price which provides both breakfast and dinner 3. Good staff and provides good services

1. Very poor WiFi as I was staying in the corner of the floor (not sure if the same issue happens in other rooms) 2. Less food option in for the restaurant, too many Indian food

Poor

I tried to arrange transport to the airport early in the morning. I spoke to reception the night before and it was all arranged, and I then went to sleep. I was woken at 1am with a phone call to my room from reception to tell me that actually there was no transport. Ruined my sleep, and I then had to organise an Uber in the morning.
