holistic destination, that needs a little tlc to be fantastic

the staff make the hotel. they are caring, efficient, prompt and kind.

Disparate buildings for each facility are ok in principle, but the restaurant is a long walk from the rooms and not clearly sign posted. I walked past twice. the rooms could do with some tlc - esp the bedding which whilst whitest white - had bobbled.

Avoid this hotel at any price

Property has huge space, and if merged with professional hotelier chain, can do well, away from crowd

1. Food was pathetic 2. Providing extra towel was also a burden to them 3. Don't expect any kind of services, even room dining was a challenge, luckily we got driver so we got food from outside 4. Towels were like dusting towels all teared up
