The air conditioner was extremely loud and annoying. It woke me up every time it was running. The card to open the door and use elevators malfunctioned pretty quickly and you have to go front desk.

The location/staff/bed/ at least the option of workout room is great to have .

The bed itself is very comfortable, pillows are good. The tub is a nice size. The location is great for us. The workout room is clean.

The workout room could have an upgrade. Its an odd shape which is hard to change but the large machine could be replaced with something better /just takes up a lot of space for upper body only workout. Pools has been closed for years /covid and prices should be updated on here for parking .

Nice comfortable stay while visiting our daughter.

Room was very comfortable , quiet , location good. Restaurant connected to hotel very convenient . Whole Foods across the street. IHOP around the corner. Our daughters house and work is in capital hill so that is the reason we chose this hotel and we are glad we did and we will be back!

Parking garage is $40 a day.

Great!

Hotel staff were awesome, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They're was a partial power outage. Since I have a knee issue, they cheerfully ferried me and other guests up to our rooms on the service elevator.
