Overall it was fair.

Parking is okay, view from room ok too.

Cleanliness can be improved. Air condition not cool. Sound proofing of rooms are poor.

The bedroom aspect of the room was quite decent with a comfy bed.

the bathroom could do with some maintenance, especially with the stains across the floorings and the tilings. The hot water was also extremely hot to the point of burning, so temperature control could be improved upon.

I feel with this kind of facilities the hotel is too pricy

The location, design and room size is comfortable. The most impressed thing is the hotel are with Dyson hair dryer

The water heater is insufficient to keep hot..the last person who bath basically cant feel the heat and water volume is too small for this price rate hotel Except in bath room there are no other mirror which allowed me to make up & do hair dressingas the washroom also dont have additional plug for my hair curler

Would have been perfect if the rooms were well maintained

Very aesthetic and beautifully decorated

The room was not clean. When we checked in, the room had a musty smell; there was a layer of dust on the tabletops and clumps of hair in the bathroom. The Dyson hairdryer had a dead insect in it

Location. Room & bathroom quite spacious

Gym & swimming pool closed early. Swimming pool not clean. Roon not good in sound protection, can hear upstairs noise. Front desk staff no warm welcome.
