Think again when u book....

Nice garden and ambience around the house. Bathroom was neat and clean and spacious too.

Not that neat. Lights were not sufficient enough. Internet range is not there. Morning breakfast was appam and egg curry. Somehow we managed to have it. Blanket and betsheets were not that clean. instead of one double blanket they had two single balnkets that too a thin one. I will not recommend or prefer to stay there a second time.

A little paradise

We had all we needed - a quiet place with a wonderful tiny garden, lovely hosts, nice food, beach just a couple of minutes walk away. And all this for a very friendly price.

A very precious house and family in a wonderful place.

We absolutely loved to come to Unis family house. It was a very precious moment for our little family to spend time there, speaking with Uni and learning from Kerala and Indian culture. The little boat tour was also very nice. The atmosphere was really harmonious, calm, quiet, with the typical luxurious vegetation all around. Munroe Island is a little gem. The rooms were very confortable and the food prepared was really tasty, and we loved to taste the home made dishes. We feel lucky for this moment there. And we can only recommand anyone to come there! Thank you for everything.

Peaceful, quiet and close to the beach.

Exactly like the photos. There are two quaint and simple rooms at the back of the main house, with two new rooms being built at the front while we were staying there. The property is a short 3-4 minute stroll to the beach from the front step through some narrow alleyways. Babus wife, Rani, is an incredible cook who also offers to provide dinner if you dont feel like venturing too far from home. The whole family are incredibly helpful and hospitable, and will stop at nothing to help you with whatever you need; from locating shops and ATMs, organizing canal cruises, a tuk tuk to Alleppey, restaurant suggestions etc.

Best expierience in Mararikulam

Such a nice family, provided us with food, water and whatever was needed. Very loving and very caring. Mr. Babu provided us the local alcohol called tory. Just ask for it veeery nice!!! ;)

Paradise on Marari Beach

Beautiful property with a generous veranda to sit out and view the well taken care of lush garden. Rani's cooking is absolutely delicious and plentiful. It was very close to the beach and peaceful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Large and clean room with a huge bathroom. Highly recommended! Thank you Rani and Babu. See you next time...
