super friendly, clean and affordable place to stay

fantastic homestay - very welcoming and friendly. the owner was up early to welcome us, helped us book a kayak trip, let us watch football at his house and invited us for mackerel and drinks at his friend (the captains house). if your staying in alleppey and want a cheap place that is bloody fantastic stay here, absolutely 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze and will come back.

The staff and manager was very friendly and helpful with organizing tours, booking bus and taxi etc. check in at 3:30 am was no problem at all. Definitely recommended!

Excellent spot, right off the beach. Great value!

Excellent location and value, host was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the roof deck as well.

Neighborhood was a little loud in the early mornings.

Only good things about this place is the proximity to the beach

1. This is not a homestay, it is a LODGE. Only rooms with beds & bathroom. Homestays are proper homes with kitchen, dining, living room. There is no such thing here. Only rooms. 2. Only 1 room could accommodate the extra bed, the other two rooms did not have the space to put in an extra bed. Even though we had mentioned that we had children with us, smaller rooms were provided. 3. Due to its location, it is difficult to find breakfast or dinner around the place. The caretaker does not provide any meals. 4. The facility does not even provide basic things handwash. 5. No cleaning was done during our two night stay at the place. 6. This can just be a stop-gap arrangement. 7. There are no pictures of this place on the portal, so it is misleading. My stay here was very disappointing.

Ok for one night

The room was cheap, airy and had AC. The water was hot. Close to the beach.

The shower didn't work and we had to use the small outlet underneath. Overall not super clean.

Very clean and cozy rooms, high speed WiFi, 1 min walking to the beach, close to local Best hotel. But the Best is the owner, he was helpfull, kind and responsible
