Dreamy Christmas retreat! Cant wait to stay again

Its set in the most gorgeous place with the gardens and private beach at the end! We could not have been more looked after and the food was out of this world! We especially enjoyed the special Christmas Eve dinner and the amazing Ayurvedic massage! It exceeded all expectations.

Its a great place for a relaxing stay. Hawaiian style welcome and Private beach are the highlights. There is lifeguard and so you can dread into water. After the beach activity as you enter the property there are showers installed and so you can clean yourself and go to your room. Rooms are like villas built like old traditional houses in kerala, thats cool. Service, their evening tea and snacks, dinner and breakfast was awesome

Wish there were more activities like fishing boating etc but this is a different vibe and experience.

Very comfortable stay with excellent staff and delicious food

The staff were excellent! Ashish and Ridheesh, the managers were always helpful. The restaurant managers Bibin, Shameer and Athool were always at hand and gave excellent food suggestions. Even the cleaners throughout the property were friendly. Food was lip-smacking. Rooms were large with a decent sit out.

Think the room tariff could be reduced a bit. It was too expensive for a 3* place.

The staff were exceptional. We came with our little boy (1.5yrs) and he loved every moment, we couldn't stop him exploring. From the beach (very clean and maintained), the swimming pool, the butterfly garden, the vegetable garden, the activity hall, the electric buggy, the kids playground and more he was kept busy and happy throughout. We would definitely come back.

We had only one dislike, which is endemic in the hotel industry in general. All water comes in 1 litre plastic bottles, which results in a lot of waste. We would prefer if there were water refills from a water filtration machine(reverse osmosis - UV) and reusable bottles provided with the room.

Best and not stayed like this before

The time we reached Abad they treated us so special. They made all things comfortable, I don't know the names in person but receptionist, housekeeping restaurant guys/teams they all did their best indeed more expected
