Exceptional

We had a great stay and would have no hesitation in returning or recommending it.

Staff were lovely and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was comfortable and warm despite it being freezing outside. Location was perfect for what we needed, with a space to park the car and the bus stop into the city centre directly across the road. And the breakfast was great.

Nice hosts. Clean with good facilities. Breakfast freshly cooked and good quality. Bus stop in to Edinburgh 2 minutes away plus free parking.

Trip Away

The staff were all so lovely! Couldn't be more attentive or willing to help. A fab bunch. The room was basic but to a good standard. Close enough for a wander down to the water and only 15 minutes by bus from the busyness of the city.

The decor is a little dated but added to the place. Breakfast was okay but could be improved.
