Great place to explore Ireland...bus stop 4 mins away...went to Bray seacoast town (great food & guiness @ Harbor Bar) and from there took Kevin bus to Wicklow mountains - Glendalough lake which was amazing- would recommend that for nature lovers...definitely would recommend to buy leap card for traveling to Dublin and around..enjoyed morning coffee & evening tea

A home away from home for an incredible value!

A warm welcome from a very friendly hostess. Very clean and comfortable with a brand-new bathroom. Beds and ample bedding ensured a full night's sleep. Peaceful location away from the zoo of Dublin but an easy bus ride to the action. A sanctuary!

The person answered rapidly.

When I realized it was very far away from Dublin (more than one hour public transportation says Google maps, the person pretended 30 minutes), I had to take another hotel. I tried to cancel, but since I was a few hours too late (less than one day), I was charged for the full 4 days where one day was logical. ((Remark in a firs version I wrote I think I was charged 400 in place of 300 , but this was a mistake of mine)). I introduced a complaint (first time I ever did so since about 10 years I use Booking), but I am still waiting for an answer ((Booking is making automated answers not helping, I had to call)).

The room was spotless and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and well needed as the training course I was on was quite strenuous. The host was super helpful and very friendly. Overall a great stay and would definitely avail again.

Julia was a wonderful host, really friendly with lots of information and lovely to speak to. She made us feel hugely welcome along with her lovely dog Bonnie. The house is near a beautiful park with my daughter who loved it and is close to public transport. We slept so well. The beds were super comfy and the house was quiet and peaceful. Julia was exceptionally kind and it felt like staying with your favourite Aunty! Thank you so much for our brilliant stay.

Nothing we didn't like. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

10/10, wonderful homestay! Thank You, lovely Julia. Great bed, linen, towels, pillows. Pretty bathroom. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fridge for visitors. Great for everyone who appreciates a homely bed&breakfast.
