Very good

The view was amazing. The location was opposite the tram stop.

There was a funky smell in the bathroom. The instructions and photos were inaccurate. I needed to contact the person to get the keys.

Hosts communication was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent easy to catch the trams and see the sights. 2 bathrooms was great for getting ready and the view is absolutely amazing!! We used the spa too which was good after walking all day. Beds were comfy but a little cosy for 2 friends to share so we opted for the additional mattress for the 3 of us.

Wee smell coming from main bathroom drain but let the hosts know.

Absolute stunning views and great location. Didnt want to leave.Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent views over Docklands and beyond. Can even see Spirit of Tasmania leave dock. Beautiful night views too. Very comfortable bed and has all the things necessary ie coffee machine, kitchen appliances and utensils. Apart from the views, this unit is in a great location and easy distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and transport. This unit also has access to a good Gym also with great views and great heated indoor pool. will definitely try and book again for future trips.

The shower didnt have a shelf to put your soap or shampoo on but that was a minor inconvenience.

the views, spa and pool amenities were great! location was useful too.

the blankets/beds gave all of us an itch. not sure the cause entirely but only started when we slept. there was a few damages to the property we werent sure would be blamed on us so had to reach out to the host about them. provided 4 towels which would have been great for 4 of us if we didnt use the pool etc. this just meant we needed to wash and dry in time for the next use. the host was very specific on details/instructions regarding checking in and out but may have come off too overwhelming.

There is nothing I don't like about the place because it's in a good location and it's very convenient. However, there are a few things I would like to comment on are the following: the place is dusty, the other toilet smells like sewage and the sink on both of the toilets takes time to drain. Maybe nice to also have a bottle of water waiting for the guest (there was a pitcher in the fridge which hardly had water) and maybe some milk? I was not entirely convinced of the money I paid for it.
