Friendly, clean, convenient to Ella's attractions, with a delightful breakfast

Fantastic stay at this hotel in Ella. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help. IAnd the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Lovely and clean rooms. Nice and somewhat secluded location outside Ella. Lovely and helpfull staff with great service. Helped us with a fixed and cheaper tuk tuk driver who we could always call for a pickup.

No daily cleaning of rooms or fresh towels. In a high humidity environment like Ella, towels never dry, meaning they will start to smell after some days. Would have been Nice with a change and cleaning when spending 5 nights like we did. At this price it is to be expected imho. View not as good as in pictures. Our room was low and close to a road with traffic. Kind of took away some of the experience we had expected from looking at the picturws. Alot of stairs, so have this in mind when booking, if you have bad knees etc.

Quiet and beatiful area next to Ella

Very nice emplacement in the middle of the nature. Nice views. Nice room, it was a nice duplex. Quiet area.

It's a little bit away from Ella downtown and the restaurants area. In any case, the staff can take you there with a tuctuc, so, at the end of the day, its not so critical

Fantastic mini-hotel on a hillside surrounded by nature

I booked this hotel when my family's travel plans changed during my trip. It was the perfect choice. Fantastic location, although a bit difficult to reach with the car :) as it is on the hillside. The location is fantastic, the houses and all the facilities are well and tastefully designed. Lots of greenery all around, next to the 3 arched train bridge. It's a pity we only stayed 1 night, we would have loved to stay longer. The staff is excellent and very helpful, and we had a delicious breakfast.

The rooms are equipped with air fans. I think it would be a good idea to install air conditioning.

The rooms could have had some more cozy elements, such as a chair in the Corner with a table to enjoy tea/coffee.

Beautiful!

Very nice hotel for a family. It is very quite, and beautiful. We loved spending time on the balcony just with the birds. I definitely recommend.

Water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Be careful with kids if they sleep upstairs as stairs are steep and the body protection is quite low. All the rest was perfect. We did not talk much with the staff either.
