Very poor

Really diasppointed. It is hard to beleive that Booking allows such bad facilities to be advertised.

Politeness of the person at the reception desk

This is not a hotel, but rahter a guest house or whatever one wants to call it. It occupies a small space on the 3rd floor of a very large building where lots of small businesses mainly, food related) operated on the ground floor. the smell is strong. The levator takes ages to come and fits very few people. If you take the stair, the dirtiness if scaring. The price is outrageoulsy high for what they offer. I paid for three days and stayed only one. I lost my money but could not stay longer in such a poorly served place. I move to a hotel 50 metters away. A reasonable 2-3 start hotel, quite decent, and cheaper than this "guest house".
