Review 1: The room was modern and clean, but the service was horrible. The hotel was full during an event, causing a long line at check-out and a wait to retrieve parked vehicles. Disappointed with t (Read More)he organization, but would still stay again. Review 2: The hotel was fantastic, with friendly and accommodating staff. Housekeeping was great and the coffee bar employees, like Russell, Ruby, Juan, and Ramerio, helped make the stay feel like home. The location was close to the Staples Center and had great food trucks nearby. Review 3: The Residence Inn exceeded expectations, feeling upscale and delivering more than a typical Residence Inn experience. The room was perfect and the location was ideal for downtown LA. Would choose this hotel again unless wanting a 5-star resort.
