Worst experience. The driver that this agency provided was very rude, did not listen, was only taking us places where he had chances of getting commission. Fought with us. We felt very unsafe with him. When these issues were raised with 7c destinations rather than providing us with another option they insisted on continuing with the driver, asked us to adjust, which we tried, in Thekkady he lost h (Read More)is temper stopped the car mid road and asked us to get down of the car. When we shared this incident with the agency they still did not take any action and asked us to continue with the same driver till Alleppey. Eventually things got really bad the driver’s behaviour became really intimidating and we had to book an uber on our own mid way standing in a petrol pump. The agency still was just concerned about their remaining money (btw they asked us to pay the entire amount upfront) and not about the safety of their customers which by the way were two girls travelling alone. I want to share this review because I don’t want this experience on anyone else.

I honestly didn’t feel like even calling you, but still I am maintaining my professionalism and would like to clarify our side, as your review is not completely clear.

Th (Read More)e hotels were booked by you directly. From our side, we only provided the cab service. The total cost from our side was ₹12,000/-. Out of this, you paid ₹2,000/- to our account and the balance ₹5,000/- was paid directly to the driver.
The hotel you booked was located in a difficult off-road area, making access quite challenging. Despite this, our driver ensured you were dropped safely at the location and also covered all the sightseeing points included in your program.

Since you were two ladies travelling, I specifically arranged a good and reliable driver for you and provided an Ertiga SUV for your comfort and safety. You reported your issue to us only on the 3rd night at around 11 PM via WhatsApp. At that time, you were scheduled to travel to Alleppey the next morning, and there was also heavy rain. In your message, you mentioned that the driver was driving fast and rushing.

However, on the same 3rd day, while travelling from Thekkady to Alleppey, you had called me and stated that the driver was driving very slowly. Please understand that the Thekkady–Alleppey route involves downhill roads and, due to heavy rain, it is not safe or possible to drive at high speed.

When the vehicle was stopped at a petrol pump for refueling, you suddenly got down from the car and insisted that you would not continue the journey in that vehicle. When I tried to contact you, you did not respond. We had already arranged another cab for you in Alleppey, but your actions at that time were not appropriate.

We handle a large number of guests and always ensure proper service from our side. We have clearly presented our position. Additionally, an amount of ₹5,000/- is still pending from your side. The company has also filed a formal complaint at the local station regarding this matter.

Response was apt,movement to accomodation was well planned.

Hotel check in timings to be informed prior so that no hiccups at last minute, suggestions regarding which hotel to opt should be disseminated fairly to the customer.

recently finished a 7-day Kerala trip, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the most memorable vacations we’ve had. A big thanks to Arathy Lal, who was super patient with us while planning the itinerary. She happily made a few custom changes based on what we wanted and made sure the trip matched exactly what we were looking for. Jiyana also deserves a special mention for her great coordinati (Read More)on before the trip. She kept us updated well in advance about the travel plan, timings, and all the important details, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. As a nice surprise, she also let us know before the trip that our taxi had been upgraded, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the journey even more comfortable. The biggest highlight of the trip was definitely our driver, Sanil. He wasn’t just a driver—he felt more like a local guide throughout the trip. He introduced us to authentic Kerala vegetarian food, suggested some great shopping spots, and kept adding interesting places to our itinerary by making the best use of the time we had. Because of his local knowledge and smart planning, we were able to cover a lot more than what was originally planned without ever feeling rushed. The itinerary itself was packed with amazing experiences. We visited beautiful beaches, Athirapally Waterfalls, the Munnar tea gardens and Tea Museum, enjoyed a houseboat stay, speedboat and village boat rides, explored Eravikulam National Park, watched Kathakali and Kalaripayattu performances, experienced an elephant ride, visited Poovar Island, Jatayu Earth Center, Veli Tourist Village, a chocolate factory, a spice garden, and five beautiful temples, including the divine Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Every day had something new and memorable. Overall, this was a fantastic Kerala vacation with great coordination, thoughtful planning, and excellent support on the ground. My sincere thanks to Arathy, Jiyana, and especially Sanil for going the extra mile to make our trip comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable. I’d happily recommend this team to anyone planning a Kerala holiday.

The hotel stays were decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. But that was easily made up for by the well-planned sightseeing and Sanil’s effort to make sure we didn’t miss out on anything.
