Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Varanasi Arrival – Temple Tour & Ganga Aarti

Welcome to Varanasi!  

Upon arrival at Airport/Railway Station, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After freshening up, proceed for city sightseeing:  

Please note: Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

In the evening, witness the grand Ganga Aarti at Dashaswamedh Ghat – a mesmerizing ceremony starting at 5:00 PM where young priests in saffron robes offer flowers, wave oil lamps, and chant mantras in perfect synchrony. Thousands of small oil lamps float on the river like stars on water.

Early Morning Boat Ride on the Sacred River Ganges

Early morning, embark on a mystical boat ride on the River Ganges. Witness devotees offering water to the Sun God, taking holy dips, and the serene sunrise over the famous Ghats. Return to hotel for breakfast, then proceed to Sarnath.  

Excursion to Sarnath – Birthplace of Buddhism

•     Dhamek Stupa & Chaukhandi Stupa

•     Sarnath Museum & Ashoka Pillar

•     Deer Park & Buddhist Monasteries  

After Sarnath, enjoy free time for shopping in local markets for Banarasi silk, handicrafts, and souvenirs.

Drive to Prayagraj (Allahabad)

After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj – the sacred city at the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and mythical Sarasvati rivers. Upon arrival, check-in and freshen up, then visit:

•     Triveni Sangam

•     Hanuman Temple

•     Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth Temple

•     Anand Bhavan

After sightseeing, drive to Ayodhya. Upon arrival, check-in, dinner, and overnight stay in Ayodhya.

City Tour of Ayodhya

After breakfast, check out and explore Ayodhya – the sacred birthplace of Lord Rama on the banks of the Gogra River. Visit:

•     Kanak Bhawan

•     Ramkot & Swarg Dwar

•     Nageshwarnath Temple

After sightseeing, drive to Varanasi. Upon arrival, check-in.

Drive to Bodhgaya – Sacred Buddhist Pilgrimage

After breakfast, depart for Bodhgaya – the most important Buddhist pilgrimage site, where Gautam Buddha attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree. Upon arrival, check-in and visit:

•     Mahabodhi Temple

•     The Sacred Bodhi Tree

•     Giant Buddha Statue

•     Lord Buddha Temple Complex

Early Morning Rituals at Gaya & Vishnupad Temple

Early morning, perform the sacred Pind Daan rituals at Gaya – a major pilgrimage site mentioned in the Ramayana and Mahabharata. Visit the sacred Vishnupad Temple. Gaya is revered in Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist traditions. After the rituals and sightseeing, drive to Varanasi. Transfer to Varanasi Airport/Railway Station for departure with unforgettable memories.

It was a great experience with Yattri- Tour in pilgrim city like Prayagraj, Aayodhya & varanasi.The booked hotel facilities was good in Prayagraj & Ayodhya compare to varanasi.for varanasi the booked hotel was not as per expectations.Else we enjoyed the Tour

Best experience of Kashi- Ayodhya - Prayagraj!! Sonali ji who helped us negotiate the package and actually bring the package according to our requirements and Himanshu sir who drove us all the way in our trip and gave us some best moments (discounts) as well!! I would 100% recommend booking package with them! I kmow I will soon :)

Trip to Varanasi

Yattri's contact Ms Varsha was in constant touch everyday and ready to help. Driver and guide Mr Sonu was very helpful and loaded with information. Overall, the trip was value for money ?
One of the hotel in Varanasi, "Vikram", the room was good, but the food was not ok. Both of us had stomach upset, hence we had to request for change of accommodation. Flight was booked by Spicejet, who suddenly cancelled the flight and we had to spend one more day in Varanasi. Even on the next day, the flight was delayed by over 3 hours.
