  • Visa fees, embassy charges, service fees, and any other charges paid towards visa processing are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of visa approval, rejection, delay, or withdrawal of application.
  • In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges for flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, cruises, and other booked services shall apply as per the respective supplier's cancellation policies.
  • Meet and Tour shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, penalties, or consequential damages arising due to visa rejection, delay, or refusal by the concerned authorities.
  • Guests must ensure that their passport meets the validity requirements of the destination country and has sufficient blank pages as required for visa issuance and travel.
  • Standard hotel bookings and flight tickets booked under the package are 100% non-refundable unless specifically booked under a refundable fare/category.
  • Guests requiring refundable flight tickets or hotel bookings must inform us  before booking confirmation. Applicable charges and refund terms shall be as per the respective airline and hotel policies.
  • For the land package (excluding flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and other non-refundable services), cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:
    • More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund of the land package amount.
    • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the land package amount.
    • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the land package amount.
    • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Trip to Mirissa

Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and have fantastic beaches, lovely hill stations, beautiful tea gardens and above the Mandir, Palaces connected with Ramayana.
We enjoyed the visit thoroughly. However Our stay could have been longer to enjoy the places more perfectly

Trip to Darjeeling, West Bengal, India

We total 12 members book a tour from Meet and Tour in last week of May 26. Very good and fantastic tour arranged by meet and tour special thanks to Suraj. He was fully engaged and co operative not only till planning thereafter he was connected through out tour and taking feedback and ready to resolve any issues. All arrangements were very good however in short time during planning. Special thanks (Read More) to Dipanashi, she also connected with during our tour and ready to resolve any small issues too & Sushant was very co operative. Hotel arrangment of NJP was outstanding and rest hotels in Kalimpong and Darjeeling were also nice in view of heavy traffic of tourist. I personally recommend meet and tour.
Hotel of kalimpong soods Himalaya vista was fantastic but some issues in bathroom and beds which could better. Suggestion of sightseeing can be customised and get informed to tourist according to weather and traffic however this is beyond from tour operator but as they experienced it may helpful to tourist

We could have Darshan at every temple spot
Better was to plan little bit earlier hotel booking has been done after reaching the spot we had to come back at least 10 km so unnecessary travel and waiting for hotel decision, having tension, time waste. Many area network feeble location could not get timely. When we spoke to hotel they did not have information, they had to confirm. Thereafter room provided.
