Trip to Kerala
After given advance, booked trip asked mire advance. After given more advance required. Final day the cab driver asked money. Wonder mania people not settled to cab. The cab person demand to me, stopped roadside. Wonder mania people not pickup my calls, we made so many calls to pradeep, Mukul. Our flight time was 3pm but still 1pm we were at roadside.

False Commitments – Very Bad Experience
I booked this trip by mistake, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience with this travel group.
I coordinated with Mukul, who promised a good 3-star hotel, but the hotel provided was not even worth 1 star. When I complained, I was asked to pay extra money for a better hotel.
After receiving the payment, there were no proper follow-ups, (Read More)no response to my calls, and very poor customer service. I was also asked to pay additional charges directly at the hotel.
Out of the places mentioned in my itinerary, 6 places were not covered at all. Moreover, the itinerary shared with me was different from the one given to the driver. Because of this, the driver refused to take us to several locations.
When I requested the driver to take us to the McLeod Ganj market, he refused. Eventually, I had to spend an extra ₹500 on an auto-rickshaw just to visit the market myself.
Overall, the management is extremely poor, the planning is unprofessional, and the commitments made before booking were not fulfilled. I would never recommend this travel group to anyone.
This is my genuine feedback based on my personal experience.

I did not make any changes to your itinerary during the trip. After your travel, I had already shared all the hotel details with you, including the hotel links and photos. You had e (Read More)nough time to check the location, distance, and reviews online. I suggested these hotels according to your budget.
You had already negotiated the package price by ₹2,000. I provided you with a 4 Nights / 5 Days package for ₹25,800 for 2 adults, including everything except lunch. Also, this was not the first time I booked these hotels. I have already accommodated many guests at these properties, and based on their positive feedback and experience, I recommended them to you.
Regarding the sightseeing, on the second-last day you reached Bir around 5:00 PM because you were still sightseeing in Dharamshala. That was based on your own schedule, so there was nothing I could have done to change that.
I genuinely tried my best to provide you with the best possible service within your budget. However, I feel that some issues were made more complicated than they actually were, and based on that, you posted a negative review.
You also mentioned ₹500, but if I had strictly followed our Terms and policy, you would have had to pay an additional ₹4,000–₹5,000. As clearly mentioned in our policy, after 5:00 PM, the vehicle is chargeable at ₹300 per hour. You are welcome to check the policy again.

Driver was good, and hotels at Dehradun and mussoorie was also very good with caring staff and good food.
Hotel at Dhanaulti was not upto the mark neither their staff or food.

Excellent trip organised by Mr Himanshu
Good trip organised by Mr Himanshu. He continuously in our touch and asking any sort of difficulties. Cab was excellent and driver was expert and knowledgeable of routes. Hotels were good. This was a trip for my daughter and she is happy so I am. Thank you Mr Himanshu and wondermania holidays.

Trip to Rishikesh
These guys don't even pickup phone for issues ..absolutely hopeless. ..be carefull..ensure if you do not want to spoil your trip don't book through .we lost on big time and now they have shifted the blame on us for change of a car on a given and said we will not be able to pay you the money...absolute disaster
Total disaster
Absolutely nothing ..one of the worst experiences ever till date
Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong
Wrong car being sent for pickup
No car came to drop us back at airport on last day
We couldn't get our flight and hence had to pay from our pockets for booking another flight
I don't think executives booking the rooms know what kind of rooms and issues persists in t (Read More)he hotel suggested by them
Everything looks good basis rating and exiting feedback in the hotel sites but the reality is far from different
Be carefull when u book from wondermania holiday...you will be in trouble

You are offering me 4000 rs as voucher ...you pls tell me if this guy mukul doesn't pickup our calls and doesn't reply to messages like he was replying so proactively when were booking the trip..now why doesn't he rin his mouth while he was booking the trip for us...no you openly accept your loss and my..what action do you take with people like mukul who spoil your companys name
Secondly just be in my place and let me know will you again book or take voucher of ,4000 and again book with you..such a shame is inthis and with hopefully agents like mukul who cant even face customers and pickup their calls as they fear they can't handle customers now..such a fraud is this

Sir, we have not intentionally taken or withheld any of your money. This type of situation is extremely rare for us, and I understand that you faced a loss due to the missed flight. However, our side (Read More)also faced losses because several arrangements did not go as planned despite our efforts.
The pickup vehicle was changed from an Ertiga to a Dzire, and on the last day the driver left unexpectedly. These were not planned issues and occurred due to operational mistakes.
Regarding the stay in Chopta, I had initially suggested Chopta Meadows, but you did not prefer that property. You then suggested Rudra Camp, and we arranged the same for you. The main issue occurred from Rudra Camp, along with heavy traffic in Rishikesh, which resulted in the flight being missed. This was not intentional from our side.
We have many guests who travel with us and return satisfied. Unfortunately, due to these unexpected situations, your trip experience was affected, and we sincerely regret that.
As a goodwill gesture, we can offer you a holiday voucher worth ₹4,000 for your next trip with us. However, we are unable to provide a cash refund, as we have already incurred substantial losses in this booking. The package was initially finalized at a reduced amount, approximately ₹2,000 below the package cost, and further losses were incurred during the trip due to the vehicle and driver-related issues.

Well managed,coordination was well taken care off. It was good that we didnt have to ask for places, tour itinerary was well made, your company is doing good job continue.
Food could have been better at some places breakfast was nice dinner could have been better, you can also connect to some auto driver for city for convenince

Hotels are good, but very poor management no one pick up call interms of any urgency, Also proprietor , we require non-vegetarian facility but provide veg property. We had to pay extra amount on package amount. If we want to talk any issues on urgent basis no one picking up call.
Money is not ultimate, they committed to adjust our loss in next property. But when times come to pay in next property no one will pick up phone call.

However, as soon as the matter was brought to our attention, our team remained in constant coordination with you and the Transporter partners to resolve the situation, and the issues were addressed during the course of the trip.
Regarding the non-vegetarian meal facility, the booked property primarily operated with vegetarian dining arrangements. To arrange additional meal preferences and services, the hotel charged extra costs, which were beyond the inclusions of the package.
We would also like to clarify the concern about adjustment of the additional amount in the next hotel. During our very first conversation regarding this issue, I clearly informed you that you had already received the package at the lowest possible price after extensive negotiations during the booking process. Due to the limited margin available on the package, it was not possible for us to absorb the additional cost, and I informed you that the extra charges would need to be paid directly.
Later, when you discussed the matter with my colleague and senior team members, they assured you that they would review the situation and check whether any adjustment could be made. However, no commitment was made that the additional amount would definitely be borne by us. Unfortunately, it appears there was a misunderstanding, and it was assumed that the amount would be adjusted automatically.
As for communication, we sincerely apologize if there were instances where calls could not be answered immediately. However, our team continuously worked to support and assist throughout your journey whenever issues were reported.
