I am Colonel Ajay, I had a very bad experience in my trip of 5 nights 6 days at Uttarakhand. We visited from 17 Sep 2026 onwards to Nainital, Ranikhet,Kausani and Jim Corbett. Hotels offered at Jim Corbett was unsatisfactory. Other places I had to fight to give us better rooms. In Jungle Safari they took us in a normal concrete road from Raniban uptown certain distance and charged full amount. It (Read More)was disturbing. I do not recommend this traveller for comfortable holiday. Only good part was our car driver whom this company hired. When I raised my concerns to Mr Mukul and his boss Mr Himanshu, no corrective action was taken and we had to go through the torture.
They could not have deceived by providing a low grade Safari visit at Jim Corbett at a concrete road leading to a village and resorts. That route had trucks, private cars and bikes plying. If you raise some issues, nobody is there to address it. So better stay away from this organisation. Jaihind

All services and room categories were provided as per the package discussed with you. There were no changes made to the package after your payment. In fact, wherever possible, we upgraded your room category without charging you any additional amount.

Night 01 & 02 – Nainital (17th & 18th September)

Night 03 – Ranikhet (19th September)
Hotel: Shivani Food & Resort
Category: 3 Star
Room Type: 2 Executive Rooms

As you did not find the Executive Rooms suitable, we provided you with 2 Premium Rooms without any additional charges, purely to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

Night 04 – Jim Corbett (20th September)
Hotel: Tribhav Corbett Bliss
Category: 4 Star
Room Type: 2 Premium Rooms

Regarding the safari, availability was extremely limited for your requested date. The safaris that were available were already sold out, but we still managed to arrange a safari for you. The safari included a valid permit and a guide, as required. It is also important to understand that the safari takes place inside a protected forest area and is not a normal road journey, so the experience can naturally depend on wildlife movement and other factors beyond anyone's control.

We always make our best efforts to provide our guests with a comfortable and memorable experience, and in your case as well, we made several efforts to provide upgrades and arrangements without additional charges.

We respect every guest's feedback, whether positive or negative, and always take it as an opportunity to improve. At the same time, we also hope that the efforts made by our team to provide you with the best possible services within the package are taken into consideration.
