ACCOMMODATION APPROVAL • We assist by providing the list of Hotels with their photographs, brochures and other printed material. • We also provide information about the surroundings of the hotel like options for excursions and all possible activities. • Recci trip can also be organized in special cases. 3. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS • As per client’s instruction the WBI shall take care of all the arrangements required at the destination, during the stay & back to the point. • WBI will take care of arrangements required at stop-over lunch/dinner, tea & snacks if the mode of transportation chosen is by luxury coach at an additional cost. 4. CONFERENCE ARRANGEMENTS • WBI shall instruct the hotel as per the client’s instruction about the seating arrangements in conference hall and generally will make sure that the entire event is held in an organized and well-planned way. 6. CORPORATE GIFTS • To assist the client in short-listing & selection of gifts (if any) to be distributed & inform the client about the discounted price.
