We had Udaya assigned for our group trip whilst in Sri Lanka after discussing the initial itinerary with Lilan. Lilan was great at communicating when we arrived into Columbo that Udaya our personal d (Read More)river was waiting for us in arrivals.
From the moment we were picked up till the time he dropped us off to fly back to Dubai he was very accommodating, punctual and courteous whilst making numerous of suggestions to our orignal itinerary to ensure we had a real taste of Sri Lanka.
Lilan was great at checking in to ensure our needs were being met. It was our first time in Sri Lanka and having Vlanka Travels made it stress free and seamless in travelling, definitely well worth having a designated driver and the service was amazing.
