Our experience of booking with Trip Triangle via Travel Setu was very poor. We opt of the services instead of directly booking for the convinience. But instead all they caused was inconvinience. Had t (Read More)o spend hours on the call with their stupid agents and listen to their lame excuses instead of relaxing on a holiday. Even after opting for AC cab, driver refused to turn on the AC at peak noon and 38 degree. And when we raised this issue the stupid agent tells that no customer till now has asked to turn on the AC in Himachal and if you want to switch on the AC pay extra money to the driver and negotiate with them. Every now and then they made us pay the balance amount at different places instead of they themselves paying and dealing with them rather than us. If we only had to do all that why would choose a third party for thr same. No transperancy in terms of amount to be paid at diff places. Every where we go the place asks us to pay more as the agent had only paid partial amount. I regret booking via Trip Trianlge and Travel Setu.
We were a group of five friends going for a long weekend getaway to Manali. The entire trip was planned really well by Sujatha. We wanted to explore all major attractions and include a hike to Jogini. (Read More) They have accommodated all our requests and been upfront with the payment and the options of room/ bus and activities that would be included. The trip was tailored according to our schedule, preferences and budget. We received timely information prior to the scheduled travel/ activity on WhatsApp.. plus a reminder message regarding all our bookings and scheduled activities for immediate reference. I would blindly book another trip with them.
