Overall, I had a great experience with this trip. Everything was well managed from start to finish. The bus journey from Delhi to Manali was comfortable, and the cab service in Manali was also on time. The entire trip was smooth and hassle-free.
Apart from that, everything was excellent. Thank you to the team for the great service and support throughout the trip!
The only suggestion I would like to give is regarding the hotel. We were informed that it would be a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it did not meet 5-star standards. It felt more like a 3-star property in terms of facilities and overall experience. If the hotel quality matches what is promised, the experience would be even better.

We had a very good experience with the Manali tour . Special thanks to Mr. Sagar for his excellent support, coordination, and prompt assistance throughout the trip. He was always helpful and ensured that our tour arrangements were managed smoothly.
The only issue we faced was with the driver’s communication, which could have been better. Apart from that, the overall service was satisfactory, and (Read More)we appreciate the efforts of the team in making our trip enjoyable.

I would recommend that the company provide customer service and behaviour training tonits drivers so they know how to communicate politely professionaly and respectfully with customer.
