Dear Ma' m Greetings from Travmagix Holidays .. :):) Ma' m once we get the call from you we upgraded the hotel rooms from executive to premium category without any cost ... moreover we already give you the hotel name prior and all are 4* Hotel as you also ask with hotelier .. moreover you can check the mail also from day 1 i told you one sightseeing is covered by the Hotelier in coach and one sightseeing i gave you as complimentary ... we already tell the gautam sir on airport also that nepal sightseeing cost is included rest of the places you have to pay .. that time i tell him the cost of entrance ticket and he told me that we visit one time only... we always there to help you out any point of time we are always give assistance 24 X 7 whenever you call us ,, only Goa hotel you have an issue that we rectify within 10 min by upgrading your rooms ...

Dear Sir first of all you are opting for the 2* budget hotel and and sir before conforming the package we tell you the hotels name which you are getting in the package after your conformation only we booked that hotels only in srinagar there is only issue that hotel is in city area but you want a good view but sir there is no budget hotel is available which is having dal lake view as there is only 3* hotel are located
