DO NOT BOOK - Money waste and disappointing experience

DO NOT BOOK through them!! Waste of money super disappointed with the experience While making me book through them the executive Loveena kept calling me a thousand after booking got done she isn't (Read More)even answering a single call post the destination. We reached mid night the driver was disrespectful and not polite in the start which was not called for but warmed up later. On reaching the hotel we realised the travel agency had not even booked our rooms we couldn't find our names somehow gave us a room for one night which was super sub standard tried contacting travelgenix no one answered on raising a request with Loveena manager who answered my call after 12 hours managed to change our rooms to a little bigger one which again the toilets were broken all pee stains on the seat which no women would feel like using. The hotel seemed unsafe, super unhygienic, sub standard, super dirty all vomit stains on the curtains, smoke smell in the room, the room dint have a window, was super small stuff claustrophobic and the smoke was triggering my ashthama. We reached at 3 am at 6 am cause of the noise and commision of the kitchen staff our sleep was disturbed. Travelgenix the staff, the hotels and everyone associated only wants to make the money they do not care about giving their customer a good experience Also I was told I will be sent an email with the hotel names 24 - 48 hours prior to my trip that dint happen even after days of my trip. I have booked the whole of rajasthan. Jaipur hotel was disappointing hope I don't have the same exp with udaipur and other places. I am literally regretting trusting them while I was so excited about my trip the horrible service of travelgenix has spoiled my mood. It would have been better it I had booked the stay by myself as the hotel they had mentioned they would give us based on the budget atleast for Jaipur a worse and cheaper hotel than that was provided. They haven't lived up to any of the promised they made before booking. Do not ruin your mood and trip like me believing in the promises made by them.

Honest Review. Please read through and decide One liner - I opted for Travgenix after the online reviews, but you will definitely not get what you paid for. --- I had booked for Rajasthan -- Jaipur- (Read More) Jodhpur and Jaiselmer trip from Rohit - Travgenix . Communication for planning and tour plan was extraordinary until the time the amount is paid. Do not expect after tour help, they will never attend the call. Pros Prompt booking , detailed travel plan good coordination until you pay the amount* Cons No guided travel. Travgenix outsources the travel and booking to third parties and it will be difficult to coordinate Most of the places i visited were new to the Driver too , so it was like I am the guide here. Hotel bookings will change and you will have to call and clear out often. Please do not include Safari combo - it will not be be worth as they take you for granted, better negotiate and plan once you reach there -- 60 mins of Jeep safari was promised and they took me for a 15 mins drive ( that too is for pick up and drop ) *No after tour support and you will be totally ghosted. Over all the experience was good for us, but totally not for the money we shelled out to Travgenix . Please plan yourselves, or got for a better tour operator. ..

My experience with Travgenix for our Rajasthan tour was utterly disappointing. Despite early promises by Rohit and Laveena, the reality was far from it. The hotels were subpar, not matching the promis (Read More)ed quality or even basic check-in standards. The tent stay in Jaisalmer was a letdown, and promised activities like the camel ride were denied on the spot. When issues arose, both Laveena and Rohit were unresponsive and unsupportive. My family faced distressing check-in delays and unprofessional behavior, leaving us standing in the cold for hours. Overall, it was a deeply regrettable experience. My advice: avoid Travgenix at all costs to save yourself from similar misfortunes.

Despite initial positive discussions with Rohit and later with Laveena from Travgenix, our Rajasthan tour turned into a nightmare. The hotels didn't match the promised standards, and early check-in ar (Read More)rangements were lacking. In Jaipur, we faced a check-in delay due to unpaid bills, leaving us waiting in the cold. The promised activities were denied, and when we sought help, both Laveena and Rohit were unresponsive. It was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. Our advice: steer clear of Travgenix to avoid similar letdowns.

DO NOT BOOK your Rajasthan trip through them!! Do budgeted trips mean dirty broken bathrooms with pee and poop stains on the toilet seat, blood stains on bedsheets / bedsheets not changed / claustrop (Read More)hobic bedrooms / curtains with vomit stains all over / rooms filled with smoke smell / chattering noise at 6 am / rude rash drivers talking on the phone and constantly trying to make his commission while the travel agency folks are completely unresponsive or in Denial ?? "Absolutely disappointed with Travelgenix! Initially, Loveena, their executive and her manager Rohit relentlessly pursued the booking but went silent after that. Upon arrival at 3 am to our destination our rooms of the hotel weren't booked which repeatedly happened with two other hotels during the trip, leading to either substandard accommodation or shifting to different hotels which were new and not even on Google. Also the transport is booked through a 3rd party company so the driver too was very rude and disrespectful, constantly using his phone while driving, skipping highways to save toll money and taking us through longer routes, forcing us to visit places out of our itinerary so he can make his commission thereby wasting our time and money, not picking us up from the pick up points and unnecessary making us walk, making us pay his fine for talking on the phone, using abusive language often making you feel uncomfortable, if you wear knee lengths shorts by mistake pls be ready to watch the driver stare and pass inappropriate comments. However grateful to his manager Shubham from Ayodhya taxi who was very approachable and supportive throughout the trip and open to feedback and helped us deal with the driver unlike the travelgenix operations spoc Sachin who on sharing the concerns with instead of easing our anxiety tells us you are making these things up or this is what you should expect from a budgeted trip so it was pointless talking to him. He literally made me cry instead of being apologetic and owning up the misses from their end even though we had proof he was rude and in Denial and spoke horribly to the extent I bursted out into tears in frustration and disappointment. No one wants to cry or ruin their mood during the trip they have been planning since months. We had 3000 left to pay him on the last day and he threatens us if we don't he won't book our hotel for the last night. Also we ended up wasting lot more more cause of their dirty stays they booked for us like the bhati desert camp without even talking the trouble to read reviews, we ended up booking our stays seperately in addition to the cost we paid the travel agency. The hotels felt unsafe, unclean making us sick. They had a very limited breakfast spread. Travelgenix showed no concern for customer experience and failed to provide necessary information beforehand like the hotel accomodation names, they had promised us we would receive the itinerary with hotel names 48-78 hours in advance however funnily we received it 3 days after our trip and luckily it's on email with the time mentioned yet their operations spoc has the audacity to deny that as well. Overall, the service fell short of promises made prior to booking. Avoid the hassle and disappointment; their priority seems to be money over customer satisfaction. The staff's rude behavior and lack of accountability worsened the experience. It's regrettable that trusting Travelgenix ruined my trip."

Travelling to kashmir was completely safe without any issues. Our entire trip to Kashmir was memorable and fantastic. Travgenix does things professionally and emotionally. Also very supportive guys make adjustments quickly with customer focus first rather than making money from customers.We stayed at Salomon Heights in Srinagar which is one best hotel as compared to peers, big thanks for the entire staff. They welcome and treat them like family.
