We booked our kashmir trip for 22 apr pahalgam attack day due to attack v cancelled it we made advance payment of 25000 now he is nt returning payment not even picking the phn agent name was rohit koi marne to nhi jata ese haalat m vha kisi ka paisa free ka nhi u hv to return it kisi k majburi ka fyda uthna in logo s seeking shame on u fraudsters insaniyat h nhi services kya doge
Very terrible experience with Travegenix. I booked Sikkim-Darjeeling honeymoon trip with Travegenix in March 24. Rohit, the salesperson was worst of all, did not respond to calls or messages most of t (Read More)he time. I have been on many trips with travel agents and even without any agents, this was the worst trip ever. The sales person did not respond on calls or WhatsApp when we were on the trip. Even the local agent was not available most of the time. We were in dilemma all the time about the itinerary. Everyday they changed the drivers. Driver contact details were shared around 1 to 3 am in nights. Many points were closed due to weather but no alternate local sightseeing was provided. For everything they asked extra money. Although I had asked sales person to book rooms with good views for 2 places, they gave us room which had window opening in lobby. It was full headache, would have been better if I had planned it myself. Agency people gave us the experience of lifetime.
Choose travgenix only if you want to get mislead. I booked an international trip for 8 people recently. They were taking follow up and were too much polite till the payment was made. Once the payment (Read More)was done, nobody picked up the call. Bilal booked our trip who absconded after the booking was made, a new employee named Ankit was then assigned to us who was very unprofessional and rude. They again changed our agent and we had to encounter Tarun this time who was the worst of all, he doesn't know how to talk to clients and will be very rude since beginning and take you for granted. Later on Sonal (who is probably Laveena Motiyani, don't really know why they are changing names) was assigned to us who was the sweetest of all when it comes to calling but eventually she stopped picking up our calls. The team promised us complete refund and then blocked all our numbers and stopped replying to the emails.
I am now bound to take legal action against them to recover my 2 Lakh amount.
MOST HORRIBLE TRAVEL AGENCY EVER.
Worst touring experience with this company.
Don't book any trip with them as you will face the worst nightmare of your life.

Waste of money super disappointed with the experience
While making me book through them the executive Loveena kept calling me a thousand after booking got done she isn't (Read More)even answering a single call post the destination. We reached mid night the driver was disrespectful and not polite in the start which was not called for but warmed up later. On reaching the hotel we realised the travel agency had not even booked our rooms we couldn't find our names somehow gave us a room for one night which was super sub standard tried contacting travelgenix no one answered on raising a request with Loveena manager who answered my call after 12 hours managed to change our rooms to a little bigger one which again the toilets were broken all pee stains on the seat which no women would feel like using. The hotel seemed unsafe, super unhygienic, sub standard, super dirty all vomit stains on the curtains, smoke smell in the room, the room dint have a window, was super small stuff claustrophobic and the smoke was triggering my ashthama. We reached at 3 am at 6 am cause of the noise and commision of the kitchen staff our sleep was disturbed. Travelgenix the staff, the hotels and everyone associated only wants to make the money they do not care about giving their customer a good experience
Also I was told I will be sent an email with the hotel names 24 - 48 hours prior to my trip that dint happen even after days of my trip. I have booked the whole of rajasthan. Jaipur hotel was disappointing hope I don't have the same exp with udaipur and other places.
I am literally regretting trusting them while I was so excited about my trip the horrible service of travelgenix has spoiled my mood.
It would have been better it I had booked the stay by myself as the hotel they had mentioned they would give us based on the budget atleast for Jaipur a worse and cheaper hotel than that was provided. They haven't lived up to any of the promised they made before booking.
Do not ruin your mood and trip like me believing in the promises made by them.
I was planning for my Andaman trip for a very long time & I surfed the internet and came across various travel agencies and among them I chose Travgenix and I would love to thank their team for making (Read More) it my best vacation. However there were some issues such as the cab was a little late on the first day but overall the trip was excellent.
