All the drivers were friendly and also the hotels were clean and neat and also the coordination between the driver and the agent was really good and thanks to Ms. Sufi who helped us to do the tour very memorable

We travelled Bhutan with their package. Everything was very well planned and immediate at our service. I would recommend them for personalised services. Thank you Sufi and team.
Itinerary was as per discussion and more than this we did some unplanned detour in between Gangtok to Lachung and she really amazed me with the heritage hotel and location choice.

Trip was excellent including stay,transportation, planning and itinerary. Communication with the host was very satisfactory.
This is one of the worst travel agent I ever came across. She just fool people by charging extra and giving low grade hotels. I booked my trip for Darjeeling and Gangtok with her and she charged me ex (Read More)tra for good hotels, Nathula pass and also for my small baby. The mentioned hotels was not provided to me and neither the similar hotel was given. And also we didn’t get the permit for nathula so I should get the refund for the same but she is not agreeing to refund and just saying that it’s being managed. Now she is not replying to my calls or messages. One agent who charges a lot for small trips saying that hotel and services will be good. I travelled a lot but never came across such people. Don’t fool traveller like you did me. Just a suggestion for everyone, never book any travel package with her. There are lots of travel agent giving better things than her.
