Overall trip was not satisfactory..The day before we were supposed to leave travel agent was not picking call,no information about pick up driver at airport,hotels given were far away from (12-14km)from main city.hotels r not at all good.In some hotels no lift,tv was not working .In some hotels staff is little rude.we have to change it in main city by extra cost.iternary given was okGuys think twi (Read More)ce before booking by this travel company .

Dear sir,
We finalized this package with your full consent, and all the hotels mentioned in the itinerary were exactly the ones we provided. Before booking the package, you did not inform us (Read More)that you specifically wanted a hotel near Mall Road.
Despite that, we still changed your hotel as per your request and negotiated with both hotels so that you wouldn’t have to pay a much higher extra amount. This situation occurred only in the case of the Manali hotel; there were no such issues in Shimla, Dharamshala, or Dalhousie.
It’s disheartening that you posted a negative review over one small issue that wasn’t even caused from our side.

The trip was nicely planned for us with good accommodation and skilled driver. Our communication with Mr. Mukul was excellent throughout the tour from the beginning of our tour plan.
