1/5 Stars – Dangerous, Unprofessional Tour: Avoid at All Costs!
Booked a family trip to Nepal (Janakpur-Kathmandu) expecting safety and quality per the itinerary. Absolute disaster:
Vehicle Nightmares: Promised Tempo Traveller downgraded to poorly maintained 20-seater (Day 1), then even smaller vehicle (Days 2-3). "No changes" guarantee broken.
Hotel Rip-Offs: Mystic Mithila falsely adver (Read More)tised as "3-star luxury"—basic at best. Pabera Hotel downgraded our deluxe room to standard.
Safety Scandal: Driver under influence of ganja while driving—endangered my elderly parents (2-hour roadside wait in scorching heat). Unprofessional local drivers.
Missed Everything: Delays from bad routes/closures meant no Swayambhunath Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, or other sites.
Poor Response: Agent blamed us, ignored demands for refund compensation.
Severe mental/physical harassment. Paid premium for lies and risks. Demanded Rs 25,000 compensation—still unresolved. Do NOT book here.

1 -20 Seater Vehicle we use only for pickup and drop we do not give smaller vehicle, we incre (Read More)ase the vehicle size
2-Before Booking Hotel mystic mithila hotel we requested to go with Hotel Janakpur inn because now a days their service was not up to mark due to management change but you denied and forced us for Mystic Mithila hotel only
3-You booked tour and Vehicle from Gorakhpur office and if we send another vehicle from Gorakhpur to pickup you from Janakpur then it takes 14 hours to reach then to save your time. we hire local Nepali vehicle by this you waited 2 hours(that sad for us) not 14 hours to save your time. If there are any unavoidable circumstance then no body can do anything which happened in your tour
4-For one night 1 room standard Pabera hotel give you, you did not inform on same day During checkout whenever you have to pay then you inform about that still for one room one night cost 1000 Rs we already reduced from your last balance amount and for one room and one night stay you want 25000/-Rs discount that never can be possible sir
For bad behavior, if you faced because of Nepal driver then sorry for that, we talked to Nepali driver about this he told us that we hire his vehicle not owner of that vehicle so talk with patience. Sir Nepali people loves sweet Language, not rude, the driver told us that your group talked with them too rudely and Saying that they hire the vehicle and can go anywhere but in our program we clearly mentioned that vehicle will be available as per our mentioned sight seen places only
Unavoidable circumstances, where anybody have to Manage - Landslide,Strike,Hiking in Fuel price,Vehicle breakdown or caught by police for any reason

We want to Inform you That The Tempo Traveller/ Indian driver now fired from their job and now he is not the part of our company

They were unable to provide us with transportation as they already had prior bookings, so we had to arrange transport through other sources.
The resort and hotels were good; however, at the time of booking, they had mentioned that the property in Pokhara would have a swimming pool. In reality, there was no swimming pool, and it was not even a resort but actually a hotel.
Nevertheless, the overal (Read More)l stay arrangement was satisfactory.
Except for Siddhartha Riverside, the food at all other hotels and resorts in Nepal was not good.
They did not even have the basic courtesy to provide drinking water in the room.
At the time of check-in, two bottles of water were provided, but the next morning when we asked for a refill, they said refills are only done after 12:00 PM. If we needed water before that, we had to purchase it oursel (Read More)ves.
We have traveled extensively around the world, but we have never experienced such dry and unaccommodating behavior anywhere.
Refilling drinking water is a very basic courtesy that hotels and resorts should provide.

Sir when you made enquiry with us, we already told you that our urbania vehicle had sold out (Read More) and we have to manage it by other agency then you told us that you know a travel agency that have Urbania so we told you in this Situation you can book at your own and you agreed with that.
Our duty was to provide you hotel less than online rate and we did that you never Asked us that At Pokhara Teeka Resort you will get Swimming pool, you saw on Google photo.
We Never wanted to send you to Teeka hotel in Pokhara but due to nice photo on Google you said you need Teeka only so we were forced to do that.
Still give us a one more chance and provide hotel as per our personally visited and verified hotels by our team not by Google photo only I am sure you will enjoy a lot.
