Absolutely ridiculous. Me and my family had booked a trip to Delhi for 3 days. We paid the full amount to the agency but they did not pay anything to the driver or the hotel. When we checked out the h (Read More)otel people kept asking us to pay when we told them that we paid the full amount. They didn’t let us leave. Huge communication gap between the agency and the hotel. We would’ve come here ourselves if this is the service we’re going to be getting. Very poor. Pls find another travel agency to travel. Travel comfort is the worst choice
