Worst experience ever
Booked hotel in Goa around a month ahead but when we reached hotel we were said that no rooms are available for that day and they shifted us to other property for a day which was not good at all. Had (Read More)to carry luggage here and there and complete day was wasted

I strongly advise against booking any trip through this travel agent, Taru. Our experience was extremely disappointing. Several things that were clearly promised in the package were not provided durin (Read More)g the trip. When we confronted him about it, he admitted the fault and assured us that a refund of ₹9000 would be processed within 20 days.
It has now been well over that time, and there has been no refund, no response to calls, and no replies to messages. This is not just unprofessional—it's dishonest and completely unacceptable.
Taru’s lack of accountability and complete silence after taking our money shows a serious lack of integrity. Be very cautious before trusting this person or booking through his company. Once they get the payment, they disappear.

Worst experience ever with this company. Taru and Kaif dont know how to talk to customers. Taru called us at 1 am in the night to ask us to confirm bookings with them and pay them 100% in advance ever (Read More)yday. While delivering, he promised us a villa booking which he didn’t deliver and stopped picking up our calls after we werent able to check in for 5 hours in the night. His words were “i am not earning much on this package so i cannot do anything” and stopped picking calls and replying to our messages. I will never book with this company. We had paid 4.5 lakhs out of 4.67 lakhs a week before the trip and Taru threatened us to not give us our tickets if we didn’t pay the remaining amount in a few hours. They only know how to extort money at 1 am but cant pick up a call when they can’t deliver even at 9 pm. I don’t think Taru personally has any integrity or professionalism. Worst company ever.
Ps- this was after Taru was a close friend of someone going on the trip, imagine how it will be for unknown customers.
