Planned a northeast trip in the last week of May. From the beginning , since Feb 5, Rahul Roy of Holiday Tour makers was only after money.After paying 1lakh, he had not booked the 4 star resort which (Read More) he had mentioned in the itinerary and put us in substandard hotels. The money for the hotel, travel cars were also paid by us. The hotel where we stayed in Gangtok dint not allow us to vacate till we paid their bills and also bills of Travel cars. Rahul did not pick up the calls. He had completely pocketed 1lakh by then. Using an Army contact.we were able to contact Rahul and he outright refused to pay the hotel or car operator and left us finding our own way further. We had to settle everything , book a hotel in Darjeeling for a hefty price, being weekend and continued our journey. Till now he has not contacted us nor paid the balance amount. We are ashamed of ourselves for having landed with such a hoax company and a pukka fraudster.

You people have referred a fraud tour operator who as cheated us of Rs 2 lakhs , I booked the tour in Feb 2023 after I got the lead from tripcrafter and paid 3.5 lakhs as advance for trip and this per (Read More)son issued hotel booking voucher which was all fraud and no hotels booked , finally I had to book hotel at higher rates, after that also I was told advance money paid would be adjusted for transport Rs 2.5 lakhs and balance 1 lakh would be refunded , when we landed in bagdogra the transport company booked By tour maker said they have recvd only half amt from Mr Rahul and they will only proceed after they receive the balance amt so I again I had to pay 1.20 lakhs to the transport company. Bcs of tripcrafter we have lost more then 3 lakhs bcs of this fraud person Mr Rahul Roy. We are in process of filing FIR in siliguri against Rahul Roy and also make tripcrafter party to the case and post it across all media companies and news channel.

Rahul fooled many people including me by booking fake.After receieving money he wont response to call or messages dont trust him.

We went with Tour Maker as a last minute decision and are happy to have chosen Rahul. When you are on a trip, there are so many things which can go wrong and you need someone to discuss, act on the pr (Read More)oblems and replan if required. Rahul was there on every step of our trip gave a patient hearing, always reachable and acting on any problem that we faced. We finalised Rahul just 1 day before our planned travel dates and Rahul was able to manage the rest. Whether it was following the itinerary or minor changes, Rahul was quick on acting on everything. He got us two upgrades in room category and got good properties nearby main market areas. Taking care of our food (veg) preferences, he gave proper suggestions right till the driver dropped us to our final destination to the final leg of our vacations. I would highly recommend Rahul to anyone seeking a tour of Sikkim and Darjeeling. It is not that problems were not there. But overall it all went fine. There's no option to rate 4.5 and hence the rating of 5 stars. There were some problems faced either on account of main tourist season or hotel properties not acknowledging some earlier commitments. Considering our last minute decision, trip budget, main tourist season and support provided by Tour Maker team, we would highly recommend them to others. Our experience was very good and hope that yours is a good one too.
