Com esta, Born out of a desire to highlight the vintage Goa charm, we are a local tours & experiences start-up. It started out with friends from Bombay, Delhi, Hyderabad, B’lore seeking a “locals” recommendation of places frequented by us. And it was as much a Goan’s desire to return home (you can take a Goan out of Goa but not the Goa out of the Goan). It was only a matter of connecting th (Read More)e dots. Our outings are hand-crafted & revised with every new outing. Whether it is a cluster of closely huddled villages (Maina-Curtorim-Rachol-Shiroda-Borim) or stand-alone villages like Assago or islands like St Estevam , Chorao, we have covered a specific no. of locales on either side of Goa. We were sure that in a world of unlimited choices, it’s best to work with specific options (you’d agree that too many choice wrecks the mind; defeating the whole purpose of a vacation!). We follow a very personalised approach. We have a chat with our guests, understand a lil about them, their perception of Goa, what they have seen in the past; allowing us to hand-craft a local plan. While we let them know what to expect, in the interest of keeping their plan unique, we keep some parts a surprise until they arrive. And yes, our outings are very unhurried pasoi’s, jaunts, loafs & picnics. Two, we make & mange all the local arrangements, you know all that heavy lifting; hotel pick & drop, nick-knacks en route, local-prepared lunch & tea, sights & stories with an accompanied villager. A fave among visitors is a full-fledged “Lunch on Balcao” with serenaders in tow, a hearty Goan-Portuguese cuisine prepared locally, feni and loads of ghozalio. Bom saude, Mackinlay Barreto.
