We understand that the primary concern upon arrival was the hotel's distance from the Mall Road. you have choosen this hotel by you self.
Following your complaint, which included concerns about your Dalhousie hotel, our team immediately apologized and offered multiple alternative rooms within the property to address the specific issue. We must note that these alternative rooms were declined, indicating that the core issue was indeed the hotel's location preference rather than the room standard itself.
We understand you requested an immediate tour cancellation and a full refund. As communicated by our team, tours booked during peak season operate under strict, non-refundable policies with our vendors, making immediate cancellation and full refund impossible. Our team's effort at that time was focused on finding the best available solution (alternative rooms/hotels) to ensure the continuity of your trip, despite the location preference.
We regret that we could not meet your demand for a full refund based on the hotel's location, but we did make every effort to rectify the room situation on the ground.

We are sorry to hear that certain elements of the trip caused disappointment, particularly regarding the size of your room and your subjective experience with the dining on one specific evening.
To clarify for our future clients, the itinerary included accommodation in 3 star Hotels properties as booked and confirmed in your pre-departure documents. While we will certainly pass on your specific comments about the room dimensions to the hotel management for review, we can confirm the property met the contractual standard specified.
Despite these minor challenges, we are pleased that the core of your tour— private transfers, guided excursions, and entrance to all major sites—was completed successfully and safely.
We understand your expectation for an air conditioner, but as a property situated in a high-altitude hill station, our location naturally offers a cool and pleasant climate throughout most of the year. Our rooms are designed to benefit from the crisp mountain air, making a cooling unit like an AC generally redundant. Instead, we ensure all rooms are equipped with adequate heating and heavy, comfortable bedding for the colder mountain evenings.
while AC use on steep mountain inclines is often avoided for safety and engine health (which should have been clearly communicated by the driver)
Our team is trained to be transparent and responsive, and while payment coordination is a necessary part of the process, it is never intended to overshadow the service commitment.
We value you as a guest, and we regret any communication lapse that may have led to this misinterpretation of Ms. Mohini's efforts.
