Bhutan side vehicles are very good & people in Bhutan are decent and good speaking supporting.

Paid 4 start hotel amount & they provide 3start hotel. Only punaka One night was very good.
1. Good selection of Hotels for stay - clean and ambient location, courteous staff. Quality of vegetarian food was excellent.
2. Transport arrangements in Bhutan very good - well maintained vehicle and very efficient driver.
3. Tour guide very knowledgeable about Bhutan‘s history and took immense pride in their country‘s glorious past - which was reflected in his professional attitude and comm (Read More)itted involvement.
1. Unnecessary waiting time due to lack of proper planning.
2. Tour guide is not informed of the itinerary well ahead of the tour.

Unfulfilled itinerary items - either because of lack of knowledge whether the entrance fees is applicable or not beforehand, or that the geographical distance between planned sites is far making it impractical to cover within the allotted time or last minute addi (Read More)tion of activities like river rafting which was not a part of the initial tour itinerary.

We did a 10 day tour including Darjeeling, Sikkim, Gangtok and assam with this company in january 1 week this year . The accomodation was very good and the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable (Read More).The drivers were very good as well .Would recommend Territory tours and travels if you wish to take a tour there .Progress was very helpful in organising the tour .We were picked up from the airport and taken for our onward journey Great company
We visited Sikkim on 23rd of December. Our tour guide Mr. progess was very cooperative and had arranged our hotel voucher and travel card in advance. We were recieved by the driver at airport. He took (Read More) us to the hotel in gangtok. Then we visited all the places and our tour guide was very friendly.
However on our trip to lachung, the hotel "flower valley resort" was not good. It was not well arranged, and the service was also not proper. We were charged extra for room heater. That heater also didn't help us because it was a small one and the weather was extremely cold.
But on our stay to gangtok the hotel "the garden retreat" was very pleasant, the service was very good. I am very happy with the hotel service.
Overall the trip was nice. I would recommend this traveller to others.

Not a good operator ,does not responds for refund to senior citizens though airlines have refunded hundred percent.
